Ordering and payment
Delivery and shipping estimates can be provided on request. Final delivery costs may be subject to additional charges such as import duties. Customers are recommended to contact their local authorities if purchasing from outside the UK to confirm what tax and duty may be applicable.
The Lighting Agency items are made to order and production will commence on receipt of payment. A cancellation fee of 50-100% may be payable if cancelled once work on your order has commenced. Despatched items cannot be cancelled.
Fabric quantities for lampshades are provided based on 140cm wide plain fabric If your chosen fabric is patterned, or less than 140cm wide, please enquire for an accurate quantity. The Lighting Agency can also order fabrics on your behalf.
Measurements are provided for reference and finished items may vary. Certain sizes can be amended. Please enquire for bespoke sizes.
Lead times for The Lighting Agency items are provided for guidance. Every effort is made to ensure these are as accurate as possible but may be subject to forces beyond our control. Any change to an estimated lead time will be notified to the purchaser as soon as possible.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated, and exclude fabric and shipping. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time prior to confirmation of an order.
